FAQs

Should I
purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, you must reserve your space in advance.

Is there a restroom stop?

We suggest using a restroom prior to the tour, but our last stop has a restroom that you're welcome to use.

Is this a bus tour or a walking tour?

This is a walking tour, so we suggest wearing comfortable shoes and dressing weather appropriate.

What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

The tour is primarily outside. While masks are not required, you may want to consider bringing one along for any interior stops that we make. My Valley Pass reserves the right to update these policies at anytime based on state or local health guidance or mandates, or the policies of businesses that we will visit. We will notify you about new protocols, if necessary, in a final email that you will receive closer to the tour.

What age is free?

As space is limited for this tour, free child tickets are not available.

Is the tour appropriate for children?

Please note that the tour does feature images from films of an adult nature, but the images themselves are not overly graphic. We suggest 13 and older, but the tour may be appropriate for younger children if they are educated and interested in film and television production. As always, we defer to the parent or guardian to decide if a tour of this nature is appropriate.

What time should I get there?

We suggest arriving at least ten minutes prior to the start of the tour so we can begin on time.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket with me?

No....we can scan the digital ticket on your mobile device.

Are there vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options for the sweet treat being made available?

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate these requests at this time.

What can I bring with me?

You're welcome to bring along something to drink (no alcohol), but we ask that you refrain from bringing food out of respect for some of the locations we will visit.

Can I bring my pet?

For your pet's safety, the safety of others, and business policies, pets are NOT allowed on the tour.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of metered street parking along Sherman Way. Some side streets offer parking without meters. Please read all posted parking signs and restrictions.

What happens if it rains?

If we are experiencing inclement weather on the day of the tour, please check the My Valley Pass website (myvalleypass.com) for the most recent, up-to-date status. You can also check your email periodically. We will send you a notification if there is the need to reschedule the tour.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Send us an email at myvalleypasstickets@gmail.com

What's the refund policy?

No refunds at any time.
